  • Yes! To secure your design slot on our calendar, a 33% deposit is due.

    Another 33% is charged at the beginning of the design slot, and the final 33% payment is due on Launch Day before we hand over the deliverables.

    If you need a more flexible payment plan, feel free to reach out.

  • 1. After you apply to work together, we will have our initial discovery call.

    2. From there, within 1 business day you will receive your custom proposal where you can sign the contract and pay your deposit.

    3. Once we receive your deposit, you will gain access to your client portal where you will find a calendar for your project and a short task list for filling out questionnaires and uploading images, etc.

    4. After the prep work is complete, you will simply need to be available for same day feedback during your design slot. We will have a few calls throughout the process to make sure the collaboration and communication is top notch.

    And when your design is complete, it's LAUNCH DAY!! 🎉

    Our clients receive 20% off their first payment, which is a great deal if you pay annually.

    You will also need to pay for your domain which ranges from $12-25+ a year, depending on your registrar (i.e. GoDaddy, Squarespace, Namecheap,etc.). Squarespace offers most domains for $20 a year, and we can often get our clients their first year free.
